Had their 11 seater van booked for 2 nights in a row only for the driver to pull out at the last minute.
We used a shuttle for our work Xmas party to get us to a couple venues throughout the night. Super easy to prebook and loved the texts saying you close. Great service, thank you!!!
Didn't turn up, sent cab instead and cost me twice the amount originally charged. Call b.s on that.
No email confirmation of booking. I had to ring to enquire where my shuttle was to be told the computer system was down. The shuttle arrived 30 minutes late.
Travelled a total of 2.2kms which took 6 minutes and was charged $37.30. I queried if the driver had started the meter as didn’t see him do it he assured me he did. Following day I called for a quote and was told $10-15 for the trip. I have been robbed of $20-25. Do not be conned by these people and stick with a more reputable company.
i was VERY displeased with this service. my wife and i hired this service to get us from our flat to the bus station. the driver was 10 minutes late picking us up. and THEN, he grabbed our bags to help load them into the shuttle, and in the process, tore my wife's and my own brand new backpacking backpacks. it wasn't the moment to complain, because we were late and needed to get moving so we wouldnt miss the bus. upon reaching auckland, i tried contacting the business to get some clarification on what can be done concerning the issue. the customer service i received regarding the issue was vague and ended up resulting in no further communication from the company. if i had known the bus driver was going to be violent with our bags and force us to purchase 2 more brand new bags, then i would have asked him to excuse himself from loading our luggage, and would have rather loaded the bags myself. it wasn't just the driver that was the problem, but the lack of response from the business regarding the issue which was completely unacceptable. i'm sure there are drivers who are courteous, and there are not always problems with every van pickup and transport. but i definitely had to express my anger for how i was treated by this business as a customer who is in wellington on occasion. never will my money be supporting this business again. i just want you to know that if you ever run into a similar situation (which may not happen that often in reality), don't expect any compensation or acknowledgment from the business regarding any complaint.
