The lady on the phone was very condescending and rude to me. We don't have a car atm so it's hard for us to go anywhere especially in this weather. And we had a family emergency and urgently needed a taxi, but the lady wasn't understanding at all because it was a 'one minute drive'. Ofc I understand that it's a short drive, but my mother can't walk for a long time because of her heart condition. So I hope that the people who work here should be more mindful because they don't know of her people's situation.
