These negative reviews actually show how well Johanne does for her ACTUAL clients. She has a big heart and fights for her clients that have been abused by these shameless people.
Johanne is very good at what she does. She is very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. If you are in need of a very good family lawyer this is it! If I could give her more stars I would. I am Forever grateful for their help and hard work. Greetings Everyone, Drawing from my previous experiences with this lawyer. Additionally, I am representing several other parents who have encountered similar issues and have been estranged from their children due to Ms. Greally's unethical practice. It is my firm belief that Ms. Greally should either resign voluntarily or be disbarred to prevent further cases of innocent children being unlawfully separated from their parents. This review aims to shed light on the unsatisfactory conduct of this lawyer and to inform the community of Lower Hutt and the wider Wellington region. In no uncertain terms, Ms. Greally's legal practice leaves no motion to be desired. Based on my past interactions with her, I can attest that she operates on a foundation of unethical behavior, concealing evidence, and manipulating affidavits to suit her clients' interests. She collaborates with her clients while knowingly facilitating false allegations. Such conduct and behavior are entirely unacceptable. In conclusion, it is my strong belief that Ms. Greally is not suitable for the practice of law, and I strongly advise against engaging her services under any circumstances.
I am currently in the process of lodging a formal complaint to the Law Society about Johanne Greally's Serious Misconduct in my Employment Relations Case. She refused to do her job in a professional manner at every turn and caused grievous harm to my reputation by failing to submit a critical document in my case! Seriously go somewhere else for Legal Services! Johanne Greally is a cold, uncaring incompetent Lawyer!
