   Had a terrible experience with MARK CHIU & ROSEMARY handling a straightforward house sale. They overcharged for every single communication, even for minor clarifications, and the final bill ended up more than $5,000—twice the market rate for this type of service. The advice provided was subpar, and I found myself having to justify my own reasoning to push the process forward instead of relying on their expertise. It felt like I was doing their job for them while still being charged excessive fees. If you're looking for a law firm that is fair, transparent, and actually adds value, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

   I was a bit hesitant initially when I saw the reviews. But unlike the majority of the reviews I had a really good experience with the Notary public Mark. While booking for the appointment the reception was clear about what I should bring along and also quoted how much I’ll be charged. I was a bit early for the appointment and was willing to wait but with no hesitation he proceeded with my work and I was out of the office before my actual appointment time. He was professional and knows what he does. Extremely happy I found this place. Would highly recommend!

   Mark Chiu Is very unprofessional rude Mark Chiu said he was going to call back as soon as he got the email, I sent emails straight away. Mark Chiu did not call back straight away, Mark Chiu did not call back until two days later. I finally got hold of Mark Chiu 4 days later Mark Chiu said he could not read the email attachments that's not true because mark received first which is readable mark back page is missing. I sent same email to another email and both attachment were there. Mark Chiu raise his voice to me which I have recorded All phone calls I have recorded with Mark Chiu I am going to write a review of my dealing with Mark Chiu and Maude and miller on google reviews Warning people not to deal with Mark Chiu from Maude and Miller Lawyers Services are very poor

   Worst experience ever. Mr. Mark Chiu is absolute rude person and his office is completely mess & dis-organised. I was given time of 2.15 PM and until 2.40 he didn’t show up. After wards he was disrespectful towards my me and my wife. Most importantly I was quoted $105 for two Power of Attorney notarised once I was there he said I’ll charge $180, how ridiculous. In this whole process I was in constant touch with Miss Aimee. She was absent from scene when all this happened. If someone wants to get humiliated approach Mr Chiu. SAD!!

   The notary got extremely impatient and didn't even let me finish asking my question and after I tried to calm down the situation he started yelling and getting really rude. I absolutely don't recommend him to get anything notarised I have no idea how this guy got to be a lawyer. He is very unprofessional and has quite a temper
