   I am unhappy to even give this company a one star rating? Absolutely.unbelievably bad service from this company. Left my freight damaged and just thrown out on the main road outside my property for anyone to help themselves too. Absolutely appalling service in todays business world I would never recommend using this company.Obviously they don't understand customer service, care or communication. Perhaps the owners should take something from the constant poor reviews and vet the quality of their delivery personnel? Sorry to say I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last freight company on earth.

   I must I gave them a 5 star because they are good at what they do, plus I used to work there. Good bunch of friendly staff. Although the father and son were very short in conversation, hardly got any words out of them.

   They should of had access to this place on Google maps. Google map said that there closest yard was in Wellington when I searched up there yard in Palmerston North. I'm a linehaul truck driver and if you don't know where this place is goodluck finding it. While in Palmerston North I had to ring someone in Rotorua to find out where they were.

   The driver was rude and obnoxious. There is no access problem to our property but he deliberately drove the whole truck onto our neighbour's property (reversed up to their front door) instead of doing a 3-point turn in the cul-de-sac, as I suggested (and as all other trucks do). I believe this company subcontract for PBT.

   I have had two days of frustration due to the lack of delivery by Jets Transport service. The customer service of that company was extremely rude to me. I waited at my flat for two days for a furniture delivery, taking two one-half days off of work in order to intercept this furniture. Both days I was not contacted by the delivery company until after 530 PM, after business hours. I requested the original delivery to be after 4 PM on day one. I waited for 1 1/2 hours, with no delivery. I was called after 6pm regarding the delivery, the first contact of the day from them. I again waited for delivery from 3 PM until 5 PM the next day. Again no delivery. I was contacted after 530pm regarding the delivery. At that point, I had departed for my next appointment. When I made a phone call to the company, a customer service representative was extremely rude to me and blamed the lack of delivery on my absence, even though I was at my flat, with my mobile device, during the specified delivery times both days. The customer service from this company, Jets Transport, has been horrible at best. Avoid at all costs.

   Just contacted these guys and had outstanding service! I sent my brother his drums and a tv (about 1 cubic meter) and showed up with it jammed in my car. they helped me get it out put it on a pallet and all the while joked along with me and and were very kind and polite. Gave me a very competitive price and said no to bother about the coins that i would have had to go and fish out the car. Cant commend them enough - if you need to send something use these guys
