   Don't use this company aramax is way better then these guys!!! My package has been sitting at the depot for 3 days and hadn't moved I emailed where my package is today and no one replied!!!!! Kmart need to change who they are delivering with!!!

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS - resent having to even give 1 star, would give -5 if that were possible. Absolutely useless "service". The poor (nationwide) customer service for this place must get desperate with these Wellington people letting everyone down. I had two weekdays of my parcel "out for delivery" - and then "unable to deliver" noted at the end of day. Door code known to courier, no obstructions in building - still no delivery for two days straight. Called their nationwide customer service on both days, and they couldn't even see WHY the parcel was not delivered, and all they could do was request re-delivery. The lovely service person tried adding "deliver before 12pm" for the 3rd day, but the Wellington ground crew just ignore such requests. Still no delivery, and it's not even noted to be "out for delivery" today (midday on day 3). And the weekend is coming. Utterly disgraceful. Will start asking online shops whether they use TOLL/Team Global Express and if they do, I will not buy from them. Had an okay experience with TOLL in Dunedin in the past, during COVID lockdowns (a challenging time), so it must be the Wellington depot that is the problem. UPDATE in 2025: Giving a cautious one extra star for 2 stars in total, as they HAVE tried to improve by giving an online portal for entering your delivery instructions BEFOREHAND (not just a number to call after a "failed delivery" as previously), which was not previously available. Thank you! This is appreciated and hopefully this keeps improving further.

   Had two parcels delivered at the same time while I was home. I had very detailed instructions on where to leave the parcel. Went outside as soon as I got the text and parcels were absolutely nowhere to be found. Either someone stole my parcel in the one minute it took me to walk outside, or the couriers never actually did their job. Still awaiting evidence of delivery from the company. Would be minus one star if possible.

   Terrible - my package has been stolen from my apartment complex as within 2 mins of me going downstairs the toll courier driver left my package unattended - signed for it themselves and now i am left with no communication from them and a package which is over $100 worth of stuff gone and no compensation from the shopping website as they can't do anything as TOLL SIGNED IT THEMSELVES now going through camera footage to see if toll stole it themselves not Happy at all kinda hoping toll did take it and i will be following this up

   NZ Post recommended Toll and one other freight company. I had an oversized and quite heavy package to send to the South Island, so called Toll for a quote. The person on the phone was interested, helpful and patient. This was a pleasant surprise as I'm just an individual cash customer for a one-off transaction. The quote was shockingly low. I do appreciate that it is Depot to Depot but that is a great help. I dropped it round to the Wellington depot thus morning and again - the service was brilliant. Easy access, ample parking, clear signs and very well presented inside. The staff were fantastic - easy process with tracking. I accept that the package isn't at the destination yet nor do I know whether it is in one piece - I'll do an update once it is there. So far - thoroughly recommended. Just as an update, package got to the recipient on the next day. Truly exceptional service for the price.

   A very easy place to navigate. Helpful staff. The forklift driver had a level of skill that was staggering. Even asked me what way I wanted the quad bike loaded onto my trailer. Very thoughtful. Freight was super fast to arrive. Overall, a superb level of service

   My parcel has been in Wellington for 13 days now and has been unable to find its way to my house. The sender told me there was a misdelivery, then that it was back at the depot awaiting delivery. Any communication with Toll themselves has been fruitless and frustrating. I would strongly recommend against using them.

   So I purchased an order from Cotton On over a week ago. I contact the Cotton On customer service team to ask what's happening to be told "it's been delivered" which it had not. So I waited till the next day, called again to only finally be given my tracking number. Tracked my item to see it was in Wellington, so why had it not been delivered? Called Toll and spoke with someone who told me they had my package and that it would be delivered. 2 days later and I'm still waiting for my package... called AGAIN to be told someone would be delivering it TODAY and it's now 6 PM. I've been on hold to TOLL for an hour now trying to track down my package and when it's arriving. I'm really disappointed, sad that I could not choose the courier company my package was being delivered with because I would not have chosen this company. I do not recommend using this company or buying items from companies that use this company for the deliveries. I'm now wondering if I'm ever going to see this package, all presents for my baby brother for Christmas. I would rate lower than 1 star but this is the lowest option. Toll, you need to sort your company. A lot of bad reviews I've read myself and after my own experience - never again.
