Parcel left on the ground rather than placed appropriately β€” again. Despite being a large package, it contained clothing and could easily have been placed in the mailbox. Eye spy the letterbox, yet the floor was chosen. 10/10 for parcel placement β€” not.

My parcel has an authority to leave, based in central Wellington and there are no delays stated for our suburb on the Aramex site. So why have there been two failed delivery attempts when I've been home both times? All attempts were time stamped past 9pm - no one is delivering at that hour and no calling card was left to schedule a redelivery. Surely there was no delivery attempt made. There was also no effort to communicate delays to the sender or reciever.

Absolute ridiculous, worse nightmare for anyone wanting to send or receive. Don’t get me wrong the guys at the depot and the courier drivers are some of the best guys there are, but the company and customer service guys are absolutely terrible to deal with. Organised a parcel pickup on Monday, guy waiting whole day way past the arranged time slot, courier didnt show up, and they had the guts to say sender was absent. Pickuped on Tuesday, arrived in Wellington depot on wendnesday, all good. I known no ones onsite to pickup on Thursday or Friday, so I’ve called in to have the parcel held at the depot for personal pickup on Wednesday, Thursday twice, and boom it went on with the driver. Had to skip work meeting and drive in the depot 30minutes away, to find that the parcel went with the courier on Friday. Reception super helpful, contacted the courier straight away and organised a meet up in the area. Did some driving around and finally met the lovely local driver. Know what? Customer care never ONCE contacted any of the team. What a service.

Very horrible service. Always throw the package over the fence, rain or shine. They could just hand it over by coming to our front door, I don’t understand what’s difficult in doing that. My items end up cracked and damaged. So disappointing!

Sam has been our local driver for over a year for the business. Amazing to work with and great communication. I appreciate all the work and partnership we have built over the years

Aramex you are the absolute worst! We sent with Aramex over 10 days ago on an urgent Saturday delivery. I could have walked faster from Dunedin to Wellington and back again. How can you get it so so wrong! It bothers me people are spending money on items and that you are "loosing parcels" left right and centre. DO BETTER!!!

It is better to use no courier at all than to use Aramex. Packages simply do not arrive, and are "lost" on a regular basis. I would advise that if you win a TradeMe auction, and the seller wants to use Aramex to deliver your item, you should ask the seller to instead donate the item to a charity of their choice, because at least then someone will be able to enjoy the item, instead of it getting "lost" in the Aramex black hole, which sucks in 90% of their packages. At this time, Aramex has a 1.5 star average rating which I believe is very generous, and I would suggest that if it was an option to give a rating of zero stars, many people would do so.

Well, from our experience Aramex is great. I've been using them for a few years now with multiple parcels going out each week. A handful of delayed ones at peak times and only two lost out of hundreds of parcels - which is OK and not any worse than competition. Our local driver Andrew is friendly, easy to communicate with, always on time and works around our needs. Thanks to Andrew and the team !!

I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience using Aramex's courier services in New Zealand. In fact, I would go so far as to say that they are one of the worst courier companies I have ever dealt with. The delays in shipping were just the beginning - I also had to deal with poor communication and incompetent drivers. It was a frustrating experience all around. To be honest, I really hope that NZ Post buys Aramex out. That's how bad my experience was. I don't think I've ever been so dissatisfied with a company's services before. The delays and lack of communication were bad enough, but it was the incompetence of the drivers that really got to me. If you want your package delayed, lost, or damaged, use Aramex. It was a real headache dealing with them, and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. Overall, I think Aramex has a lot of work to do to improve their services in New Zealand. The issues I faced were unacceptable, and it's clear that they need to do better. I hope that other customers have had better experiences than I did, but based on my own experience, I would say it's best to steer clear of Aramex.

Terrible experience from Aramex. I ordered a monitor from a local tech shop and from the time of pick up it took just over 2 weeks to get to us. Our organisation is in Wellington CDB and it took 2 1/2 weeks to travel about 5 kms. I rang Aramex customer services a number of times enquiring the whereabouts of our parcel. Whilst they where very apologetic and kind. It didn't seem to make our parcel arrive any quicker. It was very frustrating.
