Despite failing to provide any kind of proof that a missing parcel was delivered to the correct house, refusing to provide the ability to speak to the driver and get details, and refusing to provide any compensation for lost goods, NZ Post is still charging customers for this 'service'. If you wonder why you're losing customers NZ Post, here it is.

Courier attempted delivery at 6am and we now need to collect it from the depot. No note was left and only found out after tracking the missing item online. This is not good service. Surely you would attempt to redeliver this during reasonable hours

Courier in Hutt road Alicetown took a week to deliver a package. This was a local overnight delivery too. Told his managers that the road was closed and it was a health and safety issue as why delivery couldn't be completed. There was a couple of cones outside my house (no roadworks) the road was never closed. This same driver fills out collection cards for signature required deliveries and leaves in the letterbox without knocking or even attempting delivery. If there was a prize for worst courier in the country then the Alicetown driver would win.

Iβve only had good experiences with NZ Post / CourierPost here in Wellington. Great drivers and have had excellent customer service if Iβve ever needed help.

Useless. Parcel wasn't delivered so was left a slip to pick up from Kaiwharawhara depot. Had to go out there during work hours only to find out the driver left the wrong slip and my parcel is actually at Wellington depot. Very frustrating.

Iβm usually very patient. If there was just a delay, it would have been fine. If there was a mistake that they were happy to help me with thatβs also fine. But, after 3 days of my parcel sitting in the depot, they realised that my parcel is too large and undeliverable. So they will not deliver my parcel at all, and I would have to collect it. Not everyone has the means to go and collect items this is why I asked for it to be delivered in the first place. Why accept the parcel for delivery in the first place then?

Worst business in New Zealand. I used courier post 3 times in last 3 months, they failed me 3 times. First time was in February, I was a receiver. Our parcel been scanned and dropped on the ground, then shown in the system ready for delivery for 5 days until I physically stood in the deport, demanding that parcel. Second time I am a sender, we send our personal number plate from Wellington to Palmy for our brand new car. Courier post left the parcel in the wrong po box 4040 instead of the right 4039. It took them 15 days delivery the number plate to the dealership. Third time I was a receiver, they sent the parcel to the wrong deport and I was waiting at home for whole day. It is 2021, I really wanna ask the management of courier post, when you run a business like this, do you feel shame? or do you actually care? would like anyone in charge to respond my review.

Packages have so far waited 9 days to be picked up. Sent 2 emails and received no reply. Called up and was told they would be picked up on the same day - still had nobody pick them up. Operator had no idea why but that she would find out what happened ad let me know, but never got back to me. Called again and new operator had no info of the last call but has promised again to have them picked up today. Never had a problem with Courier Post before But this has not been worth the stress.

Never had a good experience with Courier Post. My worst experience: Needed a package delivered over night, it came to Wellington overnight and sat in the depot for a night. On the third day I tracked the parcel, and asked why it wasn't delivered, they said it needed a signature - fine. Asked them to reroute the parcel to Marion Square post office, and the courier REFUSED because it wasn't on his run. I instantly complained to management because I needed it yesterday. They ensured me that the parcel would be available for pick up from Kaiwharawhara, which is a long way from where I live. I make my way there after work and ask for the parcel; as it turns out, someone picked it up and took it to the Marion Square post office! It's 5:15, Marion Square post office shuts at 5:30, rush hour traffic there's no chance of getting it. I receive an email from management saying they're glad that I could pick up my parcel that evening. I told them I didn't get it because they did the exact opposite of what they said they were going to do - no reply. After three nights, I get my overnight parcel - hooray. Now I find out that DIA uses Courierpost when they send out passports and I have one coming to me - hooray x 1000. The staff are nice enough but something there is seriously wrong. 0 stars if I could.
