   Due to drivers who refuse to follow clear delivery instructions out of pure laziness, I have had 2 packages go missing. It has almost been 1 month since the last package went missing and NZ Couriers cannot tell me when this will be resolved. If you want to be left out of pocket and don't mind waiting a month or so and terrible comms, choose these guys. It's worrisome that businesses like this can seemingly go around unchecked.

   Disappointed. The driver came, knocked on the next door townhouse and left a card, took a photo and raced off before I could intercept. It was addressed to 33, and even though the doors have big numerals on them, he tried delivering to 31. Was smack in the middle of his photo!!

   I have been here few times to pick up packages due to delivery personnel finding out new ways not to drop off the packages as per item delivery instructions. Service in office is always positive.Can call them and ask them to keep your items available for you to pick it up.

   what happened to the great service this company used to offer? Rung up for a same day service from Paraparaumu to Lower Hutt 09:25am and was told it will more than likely be overnight?? When I asked why and told her your service has slipped she hung up?? These guys charge more than anyone else yet we often find overnight service is not overnight, local deliveries are not done on the same day standards have certainly slipped

   I wish Google provides option with negative stars. One of worst courier company. Call center sets unrealistic, unreiable and false commitments for pick up. Based on my past experience, I had given them prior notice of pickup so they can plan but on THE day, I hear from the call center that I have to drop the boxes myself. Later, they said another driver will be there in 30 minutes to pick but no one came to pickup. The mismanagement and ridiculous communication issue between pickup and call center team. Please never ever use the company's service.

   NZ Courier has decided that they will not deliver my rural package, in spite of the fact that I've already paid for rural delivery. Bad look.

   Absolute joke that the branch shuts down for an hour right in the middle of the day. How hard is it to have 1 person cover the front desk while someone goes to lunch.

   I know you guys are short of drivers, and the independent contractors who work for you are run off their feet, trying to make a living. How about your management sort your act out? NZC used to be the best courier company. That was a very long time ago. If your contact center staff would give resi customers a realistic expectation of when goods will be picked up maybe? That would be good. I phoned on Tuesday, booked a prepaid pickup for Wednesday and ended up taking the parcel to the Marine Parade depot myself on Thursday. I know several independent contractors, and they tell me your management are hopeless.

   Don't use this service if you want to save yourself time and sanity. Only to courier from Wellington to Lower Hutt, 6 working days in and no sign of showing up. In the tracking it never leave the depot. I had to call to follow up yo find outthat the package was lost and they had to get an investigation team to find it. This is rediculous. Customer service who picked up my phone said they would call me back but nothing. I had to go to pick up myself from the depot just to get the parcel.
