   Don’t order from this so called “service”. Food was not at all what I ordered, and milkshake was basically ice water that tasted rancid with no way on the app to give a review. Delivery driver went the wrong way and didn’t follow instructions and no way to let them know this. Their customer service is useless and take days to respond and will also refuse a refund with no reason given in spite of having photos to show the order is wrong and not safe to consume. Use DoorDash or Uber eats instead and give your money to a company that actually values its customers

   Thank goodness for UberEats. This copycat app constantly disappoints. One of their drivers told me they are forced to take long shifts and pick up several orders at any given time to random neighbourhoods, and only some of their favourite drivers make it to minimum wage, and many don’t. Avoid!

   Never order from here! There’s always some issue and no better innovative ways from the company to improve their downfalls. No way to contact your delivery driver? I watched my driver turn the wrong turn and on the motorway in the complete opposite direction with no way to contact. Also had issues with food drivers that can pick up as many orders as they like. I’ve had to wait over an hour for my food due to them picking up and delivering multiple delivery’s. There should be an option whether you want this or not like Uber eats. With inedible cold soggy food i ended up throwing away. all they offered me was free delievery for the next time. Never ordered from such a bad delivery service in my life! Stay away from this company much better ordering from ANY other food delivery service!

   Ordered through the New Plymouth branch at a Thai restaurant. Only to be told it was running late, then got a phone call 20mins after it was meant to arrive saying someone else had picked it up by mistake so they would re-make the order. An hour after it was meant to arrive another phone call saying that the restaurant was busy and it was not coming. So having to cook toast for dinner for our family on a Saturday night after waiting 1hour 40mins for nothing. Hope they actually refund us for this complete waste of time.

   DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME Not using this ever again. Stick to Uber Eats or Doordash. Waited nearly 2h for an order, never came so ordered on Uber eats and it came in 30mins. Get in touch to request a refund, customer service waste time until after 6 emails they tell me it was delivered and was delivered 4h-5h after I placed it. No order was at my door, and nothing came. Couldn't be bothered with customer service after that got a refund through Visa and won't use again.
