Unwelcoming, inflexible, and unfriendly. Trial classes are not offered, not even to adults, and the only option is to prepay for the entire term. There’s no effort to accommodate or encourage new customers.
A very inflexible and dispassionate business. The instructor I had for numerous terms was lovely, but once you pay, they do not care about you or your life circumstances or your love of ballet.
