   Following the publication of a series of stories that were misleading and damaging to ASH, we engaged Ali to help seek a timely remedy. He was extremely efficient and the time from engagement to us settling with a published apology and a significant donation from the media outlet was less than a month. We were extremely happy with the outcome that saw the news outlet take responsibility for editorial shortcomings, acknowledge failures and publish a detailed apology on their homepage. Throughout the process Ali kept us continually updated, was very responsive and worked with us above and beyond expectations.

He took on board everything I said in a swift and efficient manner, reflecting my views and feelings much more than just a bland and detached appraisal, and provided a detailed and comprehensive assessment of my situation and my options, far more in-depth than I had expected. At the same time, his direct advice was clear, simple and unambiguous. I felt in excellent hands. Lawyers are inevitably expensive, but the expense is easier to bear when you feel that your position has been accurately and strongly conveyed in line with your wishes.
