Glen and Gail customer service was amazing and efficient and would definitely recommend them to others. We have used Edge Mortgages in the past and this time did a restructure of existing property and pre approval of an additional property. Communication was great and Gail kept us updated so we always knew what was happening. I thought I knew what structure I wanted so when Glen presented the facility type, I didn’t realise initially how much better the mortgage structure works as we will end up paying off the mortgage much quicker yet still have access to funds without submitting a new loan application! Also, Glen has really good insight, knowledge and experience of housing market conditions including different property types. .Glen took the time to explain things when I had questions and also discussed the reasons around the current interest rates while taking into account potential changes in the future which I can see now will actually benefit us at review time. He also considers the full picture of your situation and recommends solutions based on your individual situation rather than a one size fits all. Both my partner and I used Edge Mortgages for our home loan top up and then home purchase. After speaking to a few MA and being ghosted by a couple of others, the service we received from Ben and the crew was incredible! They are responsive over both phone and email, happy to meet in person or over zoom and ecer eager to really listen to what you want and your ideas on how that might look. I've already referred both a friend and some family members - we will use these guys again for sure!
