   James Puah was referred to me by a friend and colleague at work who, at that time, was also looking for a house. I was hesitant at first because I thought I would get a better interest rate if I went directly to the bank. However, after doing further research, I learned that it’s actually better to get a mortgage advisor—and that proved true. James was able to get us a better deal with the bank compared to my friends who went directly to the bank. He also guided me on what to do when our vendor turned out to be uncooperative regarding a maintenance issue. James has been very helpful even in matters outside the scope of his work—sometimes even beyond working hours! His genuine concern for his clients is something I truly admire, as it’s rare to see these days. He answers all my questions patiently, which is impressive considering the number of clients he has. Starting this process, we were worried about how invasive it would feel having someone look through all of our financials. James never made us feel judged or uncomfortable in any way. He provided us with solid advice from the get-go and was unbelievably fast in securing us a mortgage. From start to finish, James was friendly, incredibly informative, and always willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. Initially, we were struggling to find something suitable for ourselves within our price range. James got us in touch with a Buyers Agent straight away, securing us a property within the space of 2 months!    Absolutely fantastic. Mortgage Managers assisted my partner and I in buying our first home. They made it incredibly less stressful, always answered our questions and emails promptly, and really took care of us from start to finish. James Puah was our main point of contact and I can’t rave enough about his services. He is clearly dedicated to his work and we felt like we were in the best hands possible. Even on settlement day, James was there to help us (while he was on holiday!!).
