Quinn has the best customer service skills I've ever had, so much so that I've never written a review until now. Very easy to deal with and he's good at making sure you don't forget anything before the end of the call :))
Unfortunately ended up with this lender through a broker. The advertised rate looked good at first, but the hidden add-on fees make it far less appealing once you’re signed up. Customer service is poor and processes are unnecessarily drawn out. Despite never missing a payment and regularly paying above the minimum, I’ve found they treat you like a number rather than a valued customer. I wouldn’t recommend applying, and I’d suggest telling your broker to avoid them too.
Avanti Finance is the best, I dealt with Bond for my vehicle loan. Very friendly and efficient to work with, all my questions ansered promptly and a lower than expected interest rate. Was a fast smooth deal and into my new van in a day or two. Thanks Bond and Avanti, highly recommend to all and look forward to dealing with you again.
Avanti Finance provided us with vehicle Finance, and through out the three years of our loan, they were absolutely professional in all their correspondence, loan and forward forecasts. Hi all. Not exactly a 5 star but pretty close! Only took a few days for loan to be approved after I sent through all necessary documents the car dealer (0800 best deal cars) needed for the finance company (Avanti). So far very good. Love the car and hopefully this makes my credit score even better even though I’m really not sure how credit scores work. LOL One thing I want to mention is the emails that were being forwarded to me by the car dealer of Avanti was a little unprofessional. I kept seeing she and her, however I think it’s kind to call me by my name even if you think I won’t see it. Edit**** Also, the interest rates were a bit of a shock. $6990 ended up being just a tiny bit over $18,000. So do be ready for that one! That’s all! Thanks Avanti, I appreciate you! Mwuah! Xx
They’ve been an absolute pleasure and their customer service when you call them is amazing. I’ve never had any issues. And to top it all off, obviously within reason, they’re quite forgiving I’ve encouraged my Mum and partner to go through Avanti and none of us have had any issues.
I applied for a loan last week Thursday morning. Received emails requesting further details and that was it. That was the last I've heard from them. I sent a follow up email to find out if my loan application was approved or declined and still no answer. Not too sure what's going on. Do they still exist or are they understaffed? As a previous customer for x number of years I've never experienced this kind of bad service from them before until now. Very unfortunate.
I found Avanti Finance to be very efficient and reasonable to deal with. The staff were always nice and helpful and the processing of my loan when I applied was stress free. All subsequent dealings with them were excellent, I would definitely use them again.
One of the worst finance company in NZ. I will never recommend them to anyone. Very high interest rates and unprofessional staff. Try simplify loans they are good for finance options with lower interest rates.
