   I'm sure they're great when they engage with you. However applications get a flat decline, no contact, no adjustments or suggestions to improve working towards successful application.

   The process is quick. However, it was not my best experience. Can’t deny that I was really supported in term of financial issue. Yet the way that the adviser help us seemed that they did it for free. They have lack of customer service skill. The way they talked to me was so dull and far from eager of feeling to help. Overall, it was a good learning experience I got. Probably next time I will be wiser myself. Thank you Lending People,

   Attempted to get a loan. Got declined and they didn’t even try help me get the loan. Just got an automated email saying declined. So much for them being able to help. Could’ve done something. Lowered the amount of the loan? Changed repayment date? Terrible

   After the initial loan application we did not hear from the lending people at all, after calling a couple of times during the multiple weeks of waiting, and complaining about the absolute lack of communication, I go to check it 2 weeks later to find they had decided without so much as a call, text or email, that we didn't want to proceed. Their website says that the application will not affect your credit score but it in fact dropped ours by 133 points, from 834 down to 701. Very disappointing when just over 2 years ago I used their service and was so happy with it that I came back. But now this the lack of commitment, communication and downright disgusting lack of customer service, I can safely say that I wouldn't use them ever again. Sad to see, and all involved should be disappointed in themselves.
