Takes a long time to process all day and to the following day lots of personal questions are asked about finances you will be asked what you need it for and why. Compulsory budget sheets are done even with chattels and regardless of if you've had a good payment history with them or not. Staff are just doing their "Job" very robotic. Staff did mention they were under-staffed. Wouldn't recommend as such a tedious time consuming and stressful place to loan from.
