Beautiful service, Beautiful food and staff are very friendly. I would love to go there again. There are times of the year the Institute restaurant opens to staff and outsiders to taste the students cooking. Our whole team thoroughly enjoyed our meals Well done guys.
We went to Bistro 52 for dinner. This is the hospitality school training restaurant. They had a 4 course degustation menu for $50. Great food and outstanding service. Would definitely recommend it. Top tip is that too find it you have to go inside the building and take lift to the third floor.
Weltec's Wellington Hospitality campus is centrally located in the city at 52, Lower Cuba Street, right in the midst of the city's bars and restaurants and offers short and medium-term courses. It shares this building with the prestigious, Le Cordon Bleu Paris culinary school. WSH's training restaurant, Bistro 52, is open to the public where trainee chefs get to cook for real, paying, dining guests. Their training cafe, Latte Lab serves a similar purpose where students test their cafe skills on the public.
