   Working with Claire was so so helpful for my partner and I! She is easy to talk to and has a keen awareness and understanding of the underlying patterns between my partner and I, and she very quickly picked up on them. Her suggestions of things to try or look further into have been supportive and helpful. Additionally, she has a lovely, quirky, and warm personality, which made me feel more willing to show up to session, feel like I was in a safe space, and then proceed to dive into things. My partner and I are in a much better place thanks to Claire, and I will take what I’ve learned from her until death do us part. :)

She guided me through one of the most difficult times of my life -being blindsided by the breakdown of my marriage - and continued to walk with me through the painful divorce process and into healing afterward. At the same time, she provided practical, sound exercises that gave me the tools to work through my emotions, process the heartbreak, and start rebuilding my confidence and peace of mind. I truly can’t recommend her enough to anyone going through heartbreak, life transitions, or simply needing a safe space to heal and rediscover themselves.
