   Worst service, in a long time. I tock my niece to get French tips and a Manicure and Petere cure for my self. I said i would like a design on my nail and go to no only this nail polish. Gel and only 2 board for me to chose from. I picked on and was not, i could not have that color as it as the same as one on a different line that was crossed out. Again was trying to make me pick brown's which i had already said no to. She made a comment if i like her nails and i said yes that was what i wanted and was shrugged of. Had harts painted on them. When working on my nails i had said the length was fine but she said i had to cut them as they were all different lengths. My nails were never cleaned or shaped very well, i still have one finger that have a flat edge. and nail are all different lengths. Also notice once we got out of shop that she has not even fully painted my thumps. As for the pedicure. what a laugh. The water didn't even reach my ankles before she was cutting my toe nails and then only scrubbed the top of my toes with a nail brush. These again were not what i has asked for. I had asked for plain nail polish and was told i could not as it would take to long to dry i had to have gel. As for my niece's French tips. In less than 1 hour from leaving the store they were already fulling apart. Do not recommend to anyone this shop.

   I came in this morning to treat myself on my birthday and was very happy with what I received. I was seen straight away and my nails were done really quick. Thank you Daisy you really made my day start off perfectly!! I highly recommend Daisy to anyone that needs their nails done perfectly :)

   I would recommend not going there at all. The worst experience ever the young girl who served my mother was arrogant rude and absolutely atrocious. The fact of the matter is the young girl who did my mother nails which must I say my mum never gets nails done but the one time she does was an absolutely disgusting nail experience ever. No one I mean no one should ever feel the way my mother felt im writing this on behalf off my mother NEVER go get your nails done, the nail polish already came off, they cut the back part of my mum nails and they did a horrible job. Then when we went in there for a refund they tried blaming my mother like come on take ownership and do better next time! Clearly isn't the first time they have done this to customers. I recommend never ever going there.

   This is your reminder to always read the reviews!!! I usually go to a private nail tech but my next appointment wasn’t booked for another two weeks. I blindly walked into professional as there wasn’t a wait (should’ve been the biggest red flag) compared to the other two salons in the mall. I asked to have my extensions removed and to have a pink gel with red frenchies, I thought this was an easy enough request but unfortunately I was mistaken. The tech didn’t not remove all of the product from my extensions. When I left there were bumps all over from the remnants of my extensions. The pink is unevenly layered and does t reach the edges. There were popped air bubbles and fluff, and not a single French tip looks like the other. I never leave reviews but this service was atrocious. $65 for a service they know damn well is not acceptable to leave their salon. Needless to say, I removed the gel myself at home because I did not want to risk infection or nail fungus seeing as half of my extensions were still attached underneath.

   I walked into store, no one approached me or even said hello. I waited patiently and then was asked after 12mins what I had wanted. I wanted my gel nails removed, they had two other new walk ins wanting acrylics seated and started on them providing service. I’m annoyed and had to ask how much longer I needed to wait after being at left at the nail station for 7mins. They started speaking in their own language . That was enough. I got up and left! I don’t recommend them at all!

   Ruined my natural nails with just a file and paint. File was way too course. They used it on top of my nail so now they’re weak, rough and bumpy. After cutting and ‘filing’ my nails, the nail was jagged and shape was awful albeit non existent. Fluff in nail polish. Honestly I could’ve done a better job myself. Waste of money. Don’t recommend

   Popped in to have my previous gel nails removed and new gels placed on top. The work stations and floors were filthy. There was a very limited option of gel colours. I wanted baby pink. One colour suited this description but I was informed they didn’t have that colour available. The second colour I chose, not quite baby pink but next closest, I was told was available so the worker proceeded to remove my gels. After the removal, the worker noticed there was no polish in the bottle of the chosen colour so I needed to choose another colour. Third colour I picked was also unavailable. At this point I said no thanks as I know I can go to any other place to get baby pink. Was charged $17. My friend got a pedicure and felt awful afterward. She said the scrub used on the top of her foot was as rough as the one you’d use on soap scum in the shower grouting! She’s very sore now, and I’m very sad as I would have left my old gels on if I’d known what they told me I could get, was actually unavailable. They didn’t even seem to care. The place needs to clean better and more frequently; make more vast the colours available; and check stock before making agreements with customers.

   I had an absolutely terrible experience at Professional Nails in Porirua. The place was disgustingly unclean and unhygienic, with dirty towels, dead skin on the floors, and even nail clippings lying around. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. During my service, the woman who was attending to me seemed to be in a rush and was cutting another lady's extensions off while working on my nails. Her nails were flying in different directions, and she didn't even bother changing her gloves. To make matters worse, she was on her phone during the service, not paying any attention to what she was doing. It was extremely unprofessional and made me feel disrespected as a customer. When I returned to get my nails fixed, the same woman was extremely rude throughout the service, clearly unhappy about having to fix my nails. She spoke about me during the service to the other workers, which made me feel even more uncomfortable and embarrassed. To top it all off, my gel polish has already chipped off one finger, despite having just been done. It's clear that the quality of the service and products at this salon is subpar. As a loyal customer of years, I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by my experience at Professional Nails. I will not be returning and would strongly advise anyone looking for a professional and hygienic nail salon to avoid this place at all costs.

   I wish I had read the reviews first instead of just going in, however the normal salon I usually go to was shut. Anyways ,this is the worst experience I have ever experienced. This nail salon is horrible! The workers are so rude and inconsiderate! Went there to get SNS and to get my daughters nails done which was fine, but the worker had fully stuffed my nails up! They ended up being out of shape and corrected! When I complained about it, they said they could over redo them or I'd have to come back. I told them I didn't have time to come back, and I was going to wait another hour to get my nails redone as I had places to be, so I asked them for a refund they only gave me $20 of it back. NEVER GOING BACK
