   Payment Error Resolved Quickly. I had two payments taken from my bank account. I rang and spoke with Whitney. She apologized and said to leave it with her. She rang me back before the end of the day, to inform me the extra payment taken would be returned that evening. And I am pleased to say it was.    GoCover was my very first car insurance company, and they have been nothing short of amazing. From great offers to solid coverage and genuinely supportive service, they’ve been patient, helpful, and consistently reliable. I was involved in an incident where my parked car was damaged, and during a time when nothing seemed to be going my way, Denise, one of the managers at GoCover, stepped in personally to make sure I received the right support. She truly went above and beyond, taking ownership of my case and ensuring everything was handled quickly, fairly, and professionally. GoCover may have been my first insurer, but they will always be my go-to. At the end of the day, it’s the people behind the company who make all the difference, and GoCover has definitely proven that I made the right choice. 5 stars, without a doubt!

   READ YOUR POLICY! Or better yet cancel immediately! If your car is stolen you will be dealing with Go cover and Provident Insurance- You will not get the insured value it will be the agreed market value which is half of what the insured value is or less! No one knows what they are doing - 6-7 weeks to pay out. Terrible communication, mixed communication. Another Go Car issue that needs the Commerce Commissioner attention! CANCEL YOUR POLICY!!!!! no - not mixed up with Go Car Finance....- Go Cover. Go Car Finance, Provident Insurance, my in rd plan,all have agreements with Go Car Finance

   I don't think this company deserves 1 star... I get there's other victims of flooding but seriously!!! Why is it taking a week and counting to get my mums car looked at. Its not even towed either. She has a mechanic all ready to do the car including a quote and the delay could be a loss in people's jobs... this is absolutely absurd... i wouldnt recommend this company...
