We arrived at Turners with a lift from a family member. We have newly arrived in NZ from RSA and had no private transport. We were sorted completely within an hour and drove out with he ability to start our adventure in our new country in our own vehicle.
very bad service. My husband crashed the car 6 days ago and they still haven't evaluated the car. They say they make the booking with the company but it claims that it has not received anything received. 6 DAYS with the car crashed and calling EVERY day for the registered. What if it was an emergency? Bad service, I don't recommend. If nothing is done soon I will have to look for a lawyer. I have all the emails and commercial links. Absurd, I've already had an anxiety attack from so much rage that I'm going through.
All fun until you need to use it. They don't contact you when your policy is due to expire. And if you purchase a longer period of time for cover and you either sell your car or worse it's stolen they won't refund you for that policy you have prepaid for. No wonders they have a low score for insurance coverage. Least more substantial insurance providers refund you for policy paid out if you no longer have car. Only really helpful for SOME medical repairs PROVIDED you keep a regular service ever 10,000kms.
Bad communication, disrespectful, pls don't feel confident with this one, they did not say anything about pre purchase check of the vehicle when I assigned the contract, after 1 and half months after purchase the vehicle, had a breakdown and they refused to pay because they found some maintenance historic, and they said it happened with the previous owner. But I did not know that, like I said said before the vehicle drove as a dream 1 and half months, 3000km and then happened the fault, they really don’t care about the clients.
This latest Autosure policy would be our third or fourth to date and on two of them, we had to make some hefty claims which were processed so professionally that we've recommended your service to many. I always feel embarrassed to make an insurance or warranty claim but the mechanical and auto electrical companies have handled the claims for us and it's been a very tidy process for which we are very grateful.
Terrible customer service, I was rare-ended by a guy who refuses to admit liability.. all I want is my car fixed and this insurance company will not help me fix it, they say they will contact and follow up with panel beaters and other people but don’t ever do it.. I don’t recommend using this company, spend the extra money to get better customer service and a company willing to help you.
