um, lawyer not show for court, lawyer pull out of court the night before with no notice to attend seminar. not respond to emails.
Alot of $ wasted by this working solo mum. Paid $1.5K retainer deposit 13th March, met 16th March & another $1K deposited within a week, after they stated they would take my case. (Was advized to get EPOA & they advised PPPR too on my daughter with rare Intellectual Disability) Had to keep chasing them up to get anywhere, correct the affidavit & tell them that the letter from pediatrician advising me to do this should be added in. Another meeting 17th May & still chasing them up. Advised 26th June by courts that Lawyer for Child appointed, then by my lawyer in 30th of June that Lawyer for Child responded what I was applying for cant be Legally done on a minor. One would think my Lawyer could have offered that Legal Advice once Retainer Deposit paid at the Start? They informed me of a refund minus the $508 they were keeping. 1 week later, no refund & they apparently still trying to Figure Out how to Withdraw Application to the Court. Totally Unprofessional, Incompetent & don't seem to know the Law. They still have my $2.5k from 4 Months ago. Might up them to 2* if I get my refund back. They got deposits within days but cant refund under 4/5ths in a week. Feel completely ripped off & like $ were all it was about to them. Yea can supply pic proof & looking to take this further in a legal complaint if I have to.
They don't actually care about whanau's at all. All office no heart.

Ive had really good service from the lawstore. My lawyer was compassionate and understanding at a difficult time and he advocated admirably for me. I also used legal aide and i received a good service. Thank you.
