   The worst. Cheap for a reason. Do not use this firm if you're selling a house. Way too cozy with local real estate company Harcourts. Berated for asking a worst case "what if" question regarding an unconditional sale going south. Didn't want to act as intermediary, which is what I paid for: told to take my concerns to Harcourts manager directly. Had to remind them that they represented me, not Harcourts. I asked if there was a conflict of interest, and never got a response. When I told others of conversation, they described this firm as "rude and unprofessional". Another said "seriously unprofessional" "I wouldn't be paying my lawyer to berate me for asking legitimate 'what if' questions. Sounds like a conflict of interest somewhere in there." Their email address domain is "JustLaw.co.nz", not to be confused with "just-law.co.nz" which is an entirely different company.
