I'm relieved to have finally resolved my insurance needs, but unfortunately, it was despite the poor service from Stu Cooper, insurance broker. Since April 2024, I've reached out to him multiple times via email and phone, only to be left hanging. Not once did he reach out to me via phone during this, (almost) 1 year of minimal service. He returned only one of my phone calls because I was disgruntled by this time. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I filed a complaint with NZI, who then prompted Stu Cooper to contact me. Shockingly, Stu lied to NZI, claiming he had called me when, in fact, he hadn't. When I confronted him, he shifted the blame to the insurance companies and assured me he was working on it. By this time it was October 2024, again he assured me he was βworking on itβ, and he would be in touch. It is now March 2025 and he has never made contact. It's disappointing that NZI partners with someone who provides such subpar service. I'm grateful to have found an alternative solution through another broker, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

Stu has been absolutely phenomenal. Excellent customer service and very efficient, he got my hard-to-insure property insured swiftly when I had a tight deadline, when other insurance broking companies were unable. He has been helpful and extremely easy to work with after arranging insurance. I really canβt recommend this company enough!
