   I’d like to thank Toby of Insure Right for his outstanding help with ensuring that Tower Insurance honoured my claim after it was declined. Toby single handily got the claim over the line and paid out after 8 months of negotiation with Tower . They did what most insurance companies do these days and tried everything to wriggle out of paying the $18,100.00 they were legally bound to pay but didn’t want to.    I have a had a great experience working with Toby for our insurance needs over the last 10 years. He has patiently walked me through my options and explained the benefits of each one. He gives me his opinion based on his experience, but is never pushy and is always understanding when i have said no to some of the options he suggested. Toby has given great advice as my needs have changed particuarly when adding a wife and kids to the mix. It is genuinely pleasant to meet with him and it feels more like a coffee with a mate than a sales call.

   Toby has done a great job fighting to get me the best deal for my income protection and life insurance. I had largely negative experience with several insurance companies prior to using Toby's services. He's done a lot of work and negotiation behind the scenes to get me the best possible deal. Many companies kept a loading for very distant health issues I had which I always felt was very unfair. Toby fought my corner and had these removed which I'm thrilled about. I would strongly recommend his services.
