   We are plumber and have used cactus for insurance services, vehicle, public liability, tools etc for 2 years now and I could not recommend them enough. The whole process has always been seamless thanks to our broker Nathan who is always picking up the phone, dealing with claims instantly (even on Friday afternoons), chasing the best deal for us and loading new insurance into the system right away mainly for vehicles. Nathan’s communication is always straight forward, quick and easy. Very happy with the service so far. Cheers

   Had tried to cancel policy as it was getting too pricey, staff persuaded me to wait and they would call me back with a better price but they did not get back to me. I tried to call multiple times but could not get through, it was like they were avoiding my number. I also sent an email, just to see that the money has been taken out and the price had not at all changed. A very sly move.

   Absolutly loved using cactus insurance. The broker i went through was Nathan and i have absolutly nothing but good things to say. He was super effecient and worked with me though getting the best deal which ended up saving me roughly around $400 a month ontop of adding insurance for my tools. I have since recomeded work mates to Nathan and i have had equally glowing reviews back. If you are unsure on weather you are paying a good amount or considering switching i would highly recomend Cactus Insurance. Worthy of 5 Stars

   Cactus are just a broker, and as I have recently discovered, finance out your monthly premiums on your behalf! Turns out I have been paying $100s extra a year that weren't actually for premiums, but finance fees and interest!!!!! This was never made clear and is hidden in the fine print. The true test of an insurance company, is when you go to make a claim. Van windscreen, not a problem, but damaged rims and tyre, what a run around!!! 5 weeks to get an answer/settlement and was always me contacting them, seemed like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Not happy, and considering I pay them over $100 week for all of my business, tools, and vehicles, Have moved elsewhere.
