JB Insure has been insuring both my personal and business assets for almost a decade now. While I hate paying premiums JB and the team always work hard to understand my needs and find me the best deal. Their real value however comes at claim time, when they take all the hassle out of making a claim, give great claims advice and fight in your corner to ensure the insurance companies don't minimise their obligations because you don't understand their wording. JB and the team do understand what you are entitled to and they are on your side. I wouldn't use anybody else!

So chaotic that they insured my boat without my knowledge then rang and informed me of changes to that policy. I said that I believe itβs not allowed to insure a boat twice and that I wondered what was going on? The woman hung up on me. Bizarre
