Bought a medicine by mistake that had already been bought by wife , brought it back with receipt within an hour, didn’t open it and it was absolutely intact. But they won’t take back as it’s their so called rule that once it left the premises it can not be returned because it’s medicine .but why ? It’s unopened . What a stupid rule.
