    If hell had a freight company, it would be Mondiale VGL —and Dean, one of their employees, would be its poster child. Let’s start with the logistics nightmare. I paid for expedited shipping two weeks in advance, and my shipment decided to go on its own cross-country tour—while I was stuck playing detective, trying to figure out where the hell it was. The tracking was a joke: one minute my package was "delayed," the next it was "lost," and then the tracking number just stopped updating altogether. The level of incompetence here is truly astounding. But the real horror show began when I had to interact with their so-called customer service. That’s where I was introduced to Dean, a customer service rep who made me seriously question what kind of background checks Titan Arrow conducts. Not only did he seem totally uninterested in actually helping me—he also decided to get way too personal. After several frustrating calls, Dean’s tone turned creepy. He started asking about my weekend plans, “where I was from,” and even hinted that he might be “coming to my area soon”—in the most uncomfortable way possible. When I pushed back and asked for an update on my shipment, he casually replied, “Oh, we don’t really know where it is yet. But hey, if you’re free later this week, I could probably help you track it down—personally.” His tone was unsettling, and I immediately felt like I was stuck in some bizarre alternate universe where freight companies hire unhinged people like Dean. When the shipment finally arrived—late and in worse condition than a dumpster dive—it looked like it had been through hell. Boxes were crushed, shrink-wrap was torn to shreds, and one item was completely missing. But it wasn’t the missing item that infuriated me most—it was the realization that Mondiale VGL had not only failed miserably in their basic task, but had also somehow managed to hire a creepy, unprofessional creep like Dean to make the experience even worse. If you value your sanity, privacy, and dignity, stay as far away from Mondial VGL as possible. No one deserves to be treated like this—whether it’s the missing shipment or the unsettling behavior of their staff. And Dean? I’d recommend a complete investigation into his conduct. His actions should never be tolerated by any company, let alone one that’s supposed to handle your freight. Avoid them at all costs.

    If you’re considering Mondiale VGL for anything more valuable than dirt, turn around and run. I’ve seen lost socks show more organization than this company. My shipment—paid for two weeks in advance—apparently embarked on its own spiritual journey across the continent. Tracking updates swung between “In Transit,” “Delayed,” and the ever-comforting “No Information Available,” which I assume is code for We have absolutely no idea where your stuff is. Customer service? Imagine shouting into a canyon and being put on hold by the echo. Representatives gave me three different explanations in the same phone call, each more contradictory than the last. One even assured me, confidently, that my freight had been delivered… to a city I’ve never heard of. When the shipment finally arrived, the pallet looked like it had survived a bar fight. Boxes dented, shrink-wrap torn, and one item straight-up missing—presumably living its best life somewhere far away from this disaster of a company. Save your sanity, your time, and your freight. Use literally anyone else.

    Would not recommend at all. Shipped personal goods from Canada to Auckland through external company. Then I get an invoice emailed to me from Mondiale. No 'hello', nothing, just a bill attached to an email with no context. Then I find out it has not even arrived in the country. Then they let me know I had to organise customs clearance myself and were no help, I had to pay an extra $400 for them to store it in Auckland until I had this organized. The back and forth with this company was painful!!!

    FIRST TIME USING THIS COMPANY AND IM VERY DISAPPOINTED! I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY REGARDING MY FREIGHT AND NOONE HAS CONTACTED ME BACK EXCEPT THE BROKER. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN SHE TRIED TO PUT ME FRU TO THE ONE WHO DEALS WITH FREIGHT FROM OVERSEAS BUT WASNT AVAILABLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID SHE WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE BUT NO ONE CONTACTED BACK, I KEPT RINGING THE ONE DEALING WITH FREIGHT FROM OVERSEAS!! NO ANSWER!! LEFT A MESSAGE!! NOONE CONTACT BACK!! 2 WEEKS LATER NOTHING AT ALL!!

    Mondail Freight lost or had stolen a very expensive item & refused to do any thing about it or take any responsibility . They just didn't care. Worst company ever to have had the misfortune to deal with.

    Absolutely useless. Sent our goods to UK in a container with food products which was subsequently held up by customs. Despite numerous emails & plenty of excuses it is now over 2 months and our customers still don't have their goods. NEVER AGAIN!
