Excellent customer service at this pharmacy, staff were very helpful and friendly! 10/10 professionalism from the lovely young lady who pierced my ears. Would recommend!
I visit this pharmacy often and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great range of products considering the tiny space.
Friendly staff but their system is very inefficient so they keep losing / not receiving the prescriptions.
Pharmacist seemed disinterested in giving advice. Pushed me to purchase a product while saying I would likely need to visit a different pharmacy for better advice. Proceeded to gossip about me in the back area, well within earshot of the counter. Disappointed to read this is becoming a pattern at this location, I won’t be back.
I recently had an encounter with a pharmacist who left me feeling quite upset. During my visit, I found the pharmacist to be extremely rude, showing a lack of compassion and understanding. Rather than providing assistance, the pharmacist was unhelpful and dismissive, which only heightened an already stressful situation. **Specific Issues** ▪︎ The pharmacist's tone was curt and dismissive, making me feel undervalued as a customer. ▪︎ When seeking advice, the pharmacist was unresponsive and unwilling to help. ▪︎ There was a noticeable lack of empathy, which is crucial in healthcare settings, especially when dealing with sensitive health issues. This experience was quite disappointing, especially given the importance of compassion and helpfulness in healthcare. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve service and ensure that other customers receive the care and respect they deserve.

Molesworth Pharmacy has been my regular chemist for many years now and I am very happy to recommend them to others. I had my flu shot under lock-down level 4 and they were amazing - great communication when setting up the appointment, great instructions and they handled the situation very well in unusual circumstances. The best thing is the staff are all very friendly and helpful :)
Not my regular pharmacy, but in light of COVID-19 I got my flu shot and medication here, and was impressed from the first call to them until the completion of the process. Very friendly and professional. Considering making this my regular pharmacy!

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and staff are always friendly and helpful. My baby has special requirements and David the pharmacist has gone the extra mile to fill the prescriptions. My work has changed locations but I will continue to use this pharmacy rather than the closer ones.
