Staff member was a bit rude to my 12 year old daughter...why?..Her money is just as good as anybody else's. even if it is a gift card, treat everyone the same is good advive guys.
All the staff are second to none my partner gets his medicines from there and I shop . All the pharmacists are incredible kind and patient . The young guys and girls are the best . And also the front counter ladies too . Thank you so much .
We recently tried Bargain Chemist Porirua and were wowed with how nice an experience it was. The staff are friendly and helpful without shadowing and asking if you're alright all the time. Best of all there's lots of car parking and easy access - we are decrepit - LOL. We used to dread trying to get a wheelchair park at Chemist Warehouse and even then the parks are stupidly narrow. Will be going there from now on.
I recently moved locally and upon picking up my meds, found that Bargain Chemist waives the co-pay but more importantly I met this lovely lady name Para. I asked for some guidance on some facial products and she was more than willing to help. She showed some products, explained how best to use them and answered all my questions with ease and a smile. I am so grateful to have been so blessed and would highly recommend Bargain Chemist and if you get a chance to meet Para, you will love her amazing service and personality. These guys went above and beyond when let down by their courier company(since changed). The manager personally delivered my script to me. AAAA++++ in my opinion
Called in for first time to drop prescription off was queue of people so had to wait a while probably would have been nice just for an acknowledgment that they would be with us as soon as possible but when we got served staff was fantastic explained how long it would be & when I came back were very thorough explaining how to use medications & gave a sheet on how to reduce it weekly per instructions made things so simple to understand Found few things to purchase while looking around the store Be back again

Such a lovely place to come and is Kiwi owned. My Granddaughter and I love coming for a good shop especially with the low prices. The Pharmacists are always so kind and are able to answer my questions and most of the Workers are willing to help you find anything you need or an alternative. I'm always impressed with the Young Girl with glasses and a long ponytail and the Young Man on a Saturday, they are so polite to listen to my Old Lady stories and are able to lead me to exactly where everything is. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
They have a big banner outside saying that they price beat with %10 less than other retailers for the same product. But when you ask them to do that they get grumpy. It seems they don’t trust you and wanna check it themselves even if you show them the other retailer price on their website! The lady there didn’t even let me give a comment about their manual checking process (which takes long time) and told me to stop talking! Not a good experience.
