My go to pharmacy who knows my requirements and goes the extra mile providing great service and excellent support.
Yesterday, the blonde older female casher spoke to me disgustingly and made me feel like a complete fool in front of multiple other customers after I accidentally brought my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. She left me in tears by the way she treated me. Remember that you never know what is going on in someones life, so theres absolutely no need to be rude after a minor mistake.
Not professional at dealing with people on the phone, as if they are working for free. I called them asking if they do ear piercing for my child, the person who answered the phone was talking nicely and said we cant get it done today, try to give us a call next week and someone will be available to help you with that. I asked if i have to ring earlier to book he said no need you just give us a call like you did today, and pop in. I called the next week as i was told, and the lady who was supposed to do the job answered, so i asked if I can pop in now to do the ear piercing she said no you canβt come now im on my lunch break, and you canβt come today i canβt get it done today you have to come tomorrow or another day, then i told her if sheβs gonna be able to do ear piercing for my child and me, she said i cant do for both of you on the same day you have to come for your child, and come back another day to do your own. I was confused like why i have to go and come back twice!! And even if she was on her lunch break she could have offered later time of the day. Plus it was too expensive. We ended up going to a different pharmacy in lower hutt which I really recommend very lovely and professional, she said just pop in anytime and the lady did the ear piercing for me and my child very well, and way cheaper. Please if you donβt want to work or donβt like what you doing then let people know, so that could save them the hassle of going and coming back twice to do the same job that it can take less than 5 minutes.
I am a happy customer who finds the staff incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They understand my needs and provide personalised care, attention, and advice - and have loads of goodies to tempt if you have to wait around a little.

This has been my local pharmacy for a few years now, and even after changing to a medical centre with its own pharmacy I will still always come back here. Matthew the pharmacist is so kind and helpful. Other staff are great too. Very friendly local pharmacy. Highly recommend!
