Lots of stock and good value. But the chemist is a nightmare. How can they have multiple staff and yet still, regardless of time/day have long lines to get prescriptions? I know its always going to be wait. The checkout area in contrast is fast and efficient. Lots of parking. I only go here for a specific prescription, everything else i order online for convenience.
Hi team, I wanted to share how incredibly happy I was with the service I received from Himadri. I visit the store quite often, but there have been a few occasions where I needed assistance finding the right product. I had asked some of the pharmacists for help, but their recommendations didn't quite work for me. However, Himadri approached me and recommended products that turned out to be perfect—both for myself and my daughter! Her attentive and spot-on advice truly made a difference and made my experience exceptional. I want to praise her for her outstanding service. Please pass this on to her and recognise her for her hard work and very informative assistance. I'm genuinely grateful and very pleased with the support I received.
I always enjoy visiting Chemist Warehouse Porirua. The store is bright, well-organized, and has an amazing range of products at great prices. I often pop in just to browse, and I always end up finding something useful or a good deal. The staff are friendly and approachable, which makes shopping there a really pleasant experience. Definitely one of my favourite places to shop in Porirua!

Very slow service. Stood at the counter waiting for 10 mins while staff stock the shelves around us. Once we finally got served, the staff were great though.
I love the variety of stock held at this store. I find the assistants in the chemist very helpful. There's a lovely woman who is in the perfume area very knowledgeable on the many fragrances! Love a good bargain on most items at Chemist Warehouse and free prescriptions.
I have been on hold for over 3 hours today. There is no option to leave a message or receive a callback. There are only 3 options for the extension. My query is in relation to a $400 order and only receiving 3 of the 12 items, however the order states it is fulfilled over 2 weeks ago now. No reply from the "Contact Us" email sent. Will take this up with the appropriate authorities.
We bought a perfume and we thought that the smell lasted not as long as the one we tested on the isles, and we needed to sniff so hard to feel it, so we called them and asked if we can return it, ( we knew that the perfume is not refundable, but we just bought it like half hour ago, and believed it is the quality problem, that is why we called them and ask first) the staff on phone asked we bring it back, they can exchange or refund to us, so we did. However, when we arrived, they insisted they can do nothing, after some argument then we can only go back. We didn’t even get at less an apology. We are really disappointed the way they serve the customers, made us look like some fool. They told us one thing and do another.
