   Arine the nurse was awesome, my daughter has had an infection on her lips for over 2 months, other pharmacy's recommend a cocktail of medicines, it helped for a little bit, then came back again, other pharmacy's just said to stop licking her lips. There was a 3 week wait to get into the doctor's, Arine managed to book us into a virtual doctor the next day after seeing her. Thank you.

   Would not go here again if I can avoid it. Frankly, I feel rotten. Buying a covid test to check and the lady practically threw the mask at me with her fingertips. Then thrust my package at me without so much as a thank you or a goodbye. A little more caring to say your profession is looking after those more vulnerable would go a long way. Shame on you.

   I recently came here as I had a mouth ulcer. When I asked the male pharmacist at the front desk if they had any remedies for canker sores, he pointed me to an aisle that sold lip balms and cold sore creams. Although I was skeptical if that was the right place for it, I bought it since pharmacists have a reputation for giving accurate recommendations. The ointment was a cold sore treatment that costed me $21 and I went home to apply it to my canker sore in my mouth, but it did nothing, my mouth still hurt. That was a poor recommendation and I wasted my money on something useless. Their pharmacists don't seem to know very much about providing recommendations for certain health care treatments...and I am upset with that.

   I was served by Robyn. She was very friendly and helpful. She allowed me to try my purchase to ensure it was the right size and made enquiries as to what the issue was to see if the product was right for my needs. She also gave me a free sample of some natural pain relief cream.

   Pretty unimpressed with the first time I went in! Opened 5 min late and the staff member was more worried about making sure their Halloween makeup was correct than actually serving the customer in front of them. Then to be only told oh sorry the whole computer system is down and we can't sell anything. Ummmm what were the staff all doing in the 15min before the doors opened. Wouldn't you get the sales system up and running as a first priority when getting to work!
