   I talked to a few different companies when I was doing my research into buying my first investment property, after listening to a million different podcasts, talking to friends and family and reading reviews, I decided to take the leap with Josh & Nik at Become Wealth. The way they explained things made sense and aligned with my goals (which Josh also helped map out). They didn’t push me toward anything, didn’t try to overhype options, and took the time to walk me through the rationale behind every step. The communication was quick [and patient, which I needed], and I just felt way more comfortable working with them. As a new sole trader, my mortgage situation wasn’t super straightforward, and Nik & Jess helped navigate all the hoops without making it feel like a hassle. If you want people who are clear, calm, and actually listen rather than sell, these are your guys.

   Nik Velkovski at Become Wealth has been providing us with financial advice for many years now, including purchase of our first and subsequent homes, investment advice and most recently purchase of an investment property. We cannot speak highly enough of Nik and his team. Nik is professional and knowledgeable, while also being relatable. We have found the latter to be particularly important, with Nik having an impressive ability to listen and understand our needs and financial goals. We were always skeptical about purchasing an investment property. The process with Become Wealth made it near effortless, given their connections with Oakridge Homes and Harcourts property managers.    Josh and Marcus were instrumental in assisting me on purchasing my next house. Having a busy full time job and not the best understanding of the processes made having both them assist me through the process more seamless and less stressful. Their emails and video chats on advice and where to next aided in this, with timely responses to questions or phone calls if missed. Having what I still needed to do clearly articulated was great as a reminder as when you get bogged down with work having to decipher it yourself can be overwhelming.
