He listens to our requests and provides options without judging or being pushy at all. He cares about who we are as people and is fantastic at communication.    Theo carried out a comprehensive review of our multiple insurances and provided us with a clear, concise, and logical summary of our existing cover. Theo explained the policies, insurance terminology and the small-print so that we fully understood the pros and cons of the various policies. As a result of this review process, we had the facts and figures required to reduce some of our insurance thereby saving ourselves some money. Theo also identified a significant gap in our Health Insurance and he recommended some additional cover which will provide substantial benefits if we have to use it.    Last year my husband and I decided a review of our risk protection insurances was well overdue! It’s one of those things no-one really likes to talk or think about, but we knew we were in great hands when we reached out to Theo Simeonidis from @UProtectNZ Insurances Services. Theo and Cristina pride themselves in providing an exemplary, tailored level of service – and they do! I don’t mind sharing with you, that my husband and I both had a few pre-existing conditions that we had accumulated over the years, and one of these was reflux that my husband needed a small procedure for a few years ago. Relatively common and nothing too serious, but something he will have to be careful about day to day. Due to Theo’s attention to detail and tenacity, throughout the process we found out that my husband didn’t have Barrett's Esophagus (as we had been led to believe in medical documentation), and as a result he was able to achieve a higher level of cover…something that would never have happened had we engaged the services of a “box off the shelf” insurance provider. We’d never have discovered my husband’s misdiagnosis (and therefore would not have received the cover for this), if it weren’t for Theo and his push to do the best for us – his clients. The end result is we can relax knowing we have a level of protection that is the very best we could achieve in the market. Highly recommend!

   UProtectNZ was recommended to me through an associate of mine. I contacted Theo as I wanted to review all my insurances, eliminate wastage and identify holes in my coverage. He met with me and we went over all the details, and he put together several options, with detailed explanations of the pros and cons of each option. He blends objective information with recommendations, leaving room for the customer to make up their own mind, but helping them do so. A polite, respectful and highly knowledgable insurance expert, Theo is very adept at making insurance less complex & confounding, and takes time & care in making his correspondence clear and accurate. A very positive experience - I highly recommend UProtectNZ.

   We have used Theo as our Insurance Broker for 10+ years. We have found him to be extremely professional and efficient. He really works for his clients! Any questions or communication with the Insurance company is dealt with by Theo in a timely fashion. Recently we had a claim on our Trauma insurance and Theo dealt with all of this for us. He advocated for us and kept on the back of the Insurance company to get a positive outcome for us. During stressful times he is a calm and efficient advocate for his clients.    Theo has been our insurance advisor since 2013, and we have found him excellent to deal with. Insurance is not something most of us like to spend much time on and Theo makes this process easy. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provides comprehensive advice in an easy-to-understand way.    Theo is a professional financial adviser and an excellent insurance adviser. Theo took time to study my current financial situation, the policies which I already had in place and future requirements that my wife and I described. Theo wrote an extensive paper describing our options and offered a few recommended alternatives. As a result of his efforts we now have a better coverage and with better value for money. I highly recommend Theo to give you an honest and clear assessment with optimal coverage for your specific needs!
