   I had great difficulty finding the AA North Shore location at,144a Target Road as it is not clearly sign posted and not visible down the lane that runs past the Bridgestone Tyre building.

She turned a stressful situation into a much better experience, and I felt so relieved knowing my safety was her top priority. Truly excellent service!

   Spent too long on the phone during my work time as they work only in my work time sessions trying to get a quote and then the client ‘service’ person said after I had spent over all an hour collectively on all attempts on the phone he would send a quote - no quotes arrived -he also had quite an attitude on the rebuild value dispute me running a Cordell rebuild calculator with good evidence on value - which I agreed to send him - no quotes arrived- wondering what would happen if I needed to claim.

   I had a defensive conversation with the airbag manager. He didn't seem to like me questioning him about my car. The panel beaters used over a quarter of a tank of petrol, left plastic wrappers, mirrors and seat positions changed. I filled in their survey about this but didn't hear back.

   One of the worst customer experiences you’ll face. Charged a premium for a plumber, we paid on the same day. A few days later, the same issue came back. I requested for a revisit, it is now 14 days and they still haven’t scheduled for someone to come! They stopped responding to emails about a week ago. Pathetic of a service, careless and no empathy, especially for something as important as this! We’ve started searching for alternatives.
