All the staff were so helpful. My friend and myself had quite a few queries with a claim and some new insurance which took a long time to resolve. It was late Friday afternoon and the ladies stayed even tho it was well past their home time. 1st class service - Thank you
Poor communication and customer service. Allowed our insurance to lapse and then attempted to increase premiums without justification. Did not attempt to remedy our concerns.
