   Lance has looked after our insurance needs for more than ten years now and he is fantastic. He makes things easy to understand, is very responsive and helpful and never does the hard sell. He’s helped us with several claims which have always paid out and every now and then rings to tell us about a change we could make to save money on premiums or get more benefits.
