    The handling of my fathers will by Public Trust was completely unacceptable. They made numerous errors throughout the process and when asked to provide documentation they were unable to justify their costs and expenses. Avoid at all costs as they will make the process challenging. Jonathan March was unable to answer questions, took extended periods of time to respond and was very unhelpful throughout the entire process. He was the third person we were handed off to in this process. I had to engage other lawyers to ensure that Public Trust completed their due diligence and handled my fathers estate properly. They are deceptive and should never be used under any consideration. You get what you pay for.

    This office very unprofessional told us 3 to 4 months to sort Dads will. Nine months it took. Heaps of mistakes mucked us around all the time. I had to take time off work to try and sort it. Disgusting your team should be more professional. Now we have been charged nearly $6000 for this. DO NOT USE THESE people they rip you off. Very angry. Will be taking this further.
