Took 3 hours to get from airport to whangaparaoa as we had to wait an extra hour extra for some1 else to arrive. Shouldn't have to wait that long it's a joke. Plus peak hour traffic got much worse after the hour of waiting around. Plus office doesn't reply to email when you ask where do we meet the driver. Would never use this shuttle again.

Able to be trusted to get you on time to the airport, driver is able to be relied on. The price is good compared to all the taxi companies in Auckland. Very much satisfied with driver’s friendliness and kindness thank you! will definitely call back for airport transportation.
