We had a delivery of mobilise electric chair, I requested them to put at the 1st floor but they refused and leave at the ground floor. No contact after that.
I move items around nz and collect them from Mainfreight. I use the online quoting system. Easy. Again, just make sure you have the consignment number for your item and Bobs you mums brother! In and out super fast.

It is not a trustworthy firm. Never believe what it promises! This morning 8am it texted my wife that our ordered parcel was on delivery vehicle, so my wife waited at home for a whole day for the arrival of the parcel. But at end of working hours 5pm, it texted my wife that the parcel was at delivery depot, NOT on delivery vehicle. The firm claimed it was a mistake but who would believe in such a childish excuse? More, my wife has to attend a medical diagnosis by phone due to heavy anxiety caused by this incident. I do not mind providing evidence to you, so as to let you know how the firm cheated us. Tell your friends and relatives about our experience! God bless you if you still buy this firm's services!
There is the loveliest receptionists but they make you climb the stairs to see them.
