The whole application was seamless, they have clear instructions and when I went to drop of the fingerprints at their office the lady was so kind and helpfull. Shortly thereafter I received word that the clearance was not needed after all. I was recommended to use this company and being South African I agreed to give them a go with a car part that was very scarce and needed this handled professionally. Well it has been the worst experience of my life the constant lies and run around to be told the cage was over weight to then the package been too small and it goes on only to discover they lost my part and sourced what they believed to be the right part and never told me this as you would expect when I received the package 7 weeks later it was wrong and I questioned them about this to be told we tried, no you actually lied and were deceitful all along. Finally they admitted to it being lost but then said they can’t help anymore. Do not use this company from experience I can honestly tell you they are a complete joke.
