   Most useless courier company ever I have had endless bad encounters with them, they dont deliver when they say, lost packages, delivered to the wrong address, damaged goods etc. They so bad my company stopped using them and I only deal with them when I'm made to by other companies. I recently spent the day at home as a package was to be picked up it was getting late in the day and the call I had to the call center to follow this up with advised me that they would be there soon 2hrs past and the end of the day and no one turns up! I follow up the following day and get the run around from the call center which advises me they cant help! The person at the call center is rude and totally unhelpful! Basically only deal with this company if you want undelivered packages and bad service. Which will mean your clients have a bad customer service experience! #badcustomerservice #courier #courierpost
