   Updating my previous review. Listing the issue won’t help but praising lovely people does. They were kind, courteous and compassionate at listening and making me feel heard and taking accountability. (Which didn’t need to be done but I have huge respect for). They caught me on my worst day, to remedy issues and I walked in on the verge of tears and left feeling like a gained a little self worth/care back. Thank you. It’s a lovely place and they are lovely but there are some issues, thoughts (?) from the consultation that left me feeling not great. So not with any treatments! I’ll wait to discuss in private.

   From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and special. What a fantastic team of people, professional friendly knowledgeable and so welcoming. Just while I was waiting I was offered tea coffee cold drink and lovely magazines, decor was stunning. Kylie was my specialist and she was fantastic. She made me feel a million dollars, no pressure of further purchasing but did recommend specific treatments and was highly informed on all. I felt like part of the family on my first visit. Five star for sure. Thank you team.
