   Used Susan do a double whammy purchase investment and refinance of existing property. She was brilliant, responsive, communicative and fast. The vendor proved a little challenging, ( as they can) Susan dealt with that and she nailed the settlement efficiently and at all times keep us in the loop. Highly recommend.!!!!!!!!    It was very unpleasant experience with your firm. I made a phone call to your office in relations to the property conveyance. Susan answered the call and asked me some personal questions. The questions were: How did you and your mum get the money from?? Did you have a proof your mum loan you money? I felt very weird and did not understand why she asked me the questions for? So I asked why did she need to know? she said it was for the Company Record Only . I said to her "the bank knew the reason and has given the approval of lending to me, You could check from the bank if you needed some more information about me." Susan was unhappy my answer and hung up the phone. I was so surprised her unprofessional attitude. I didn't think she would do that to me if I were cacusion. Hope your firm understand I haven't used your services before so I have to be caution to answer some irrelative questions on the phone. By the way, I used other conveying lawyer after she hung up my call impolitely.
