   I Highly Recommend Quay Law We reached out to Quay Law after our previous solicitor used up 4 of our 7 due-diligence days without making any progress. We were stressed and running out of time, and Ian agreed to take us on the same day we called, which was a huge relief. David picked things up right away. After just one day, he was on top of everything, and by the second day he had gone through the LIM, title, and everything else we needed. He also managed to negotiate an early settlement, which made a huge difference for us. Both Ian and David were easy to deal with, straightforward, responsive, and genuinely on top of everything. The whole process went smoothly thanks to them, and we’re really grateful for their help.

   I am surprised with all these great reviews, I wish I had that great experience. However after a long drawn out eight months of poor or no communication and many broken agreements Ian finally completed his small part. The less said the better.☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

   Not sure what happened to Phillip, I checked out the reviews before seeing Ian and was a bit hesitant because of a bad review, But I was assured by my colleague he was the real deal. Well, was I pleasantly surprised! Not only was Ian professional all the way through he was friendly and supportive - Not something I've come across with other lawyers who just want you out the door ASAP so they can charge you. Our purchase went without a hitch, despite a difficult seller. Would definitely recommend.

   Very unprofessional. Ian Mellet talked a big game in helping me and my family with purchase of our home and creation of a family trust but he never delivered. He had very bad communication and didn't get the job done. We left quay law and went with a more efficient lawyer and law firm.
