A seamless experience getting an Affidavit signed on Friday. Interrupted Rick having his morning coffee, however he was very accomodating and even managed to get him to crack a smile or two. Thank you for this service.
Wendy was fantastic! She was helpful, prompt and reassuring through this very stressful process. Wendy was able to oversee the little stuff that was nagging at the back of my head to the sales and purchase of our first home. All of this was during lockdown, which can already be such a stressful time in itself. I also really appreciated how she would call me to re- explain things that I just couldn't wrap my brain around. We also very briefly dealt with Rick who was pretty kickass and was really vigilant on doing what's best for you. Laurence dealt with our wills and agreements and though he was really busy, he still delivered on time and in fact, I think he is still waiting on things from our end. Something advise: When you are dealing with more than 1 lawyer, always go back to the original lawyer who you dealt with initially or who speacialises in what you need. Hope this helps :)

Rang these guys thought I would try local. Reception were nice took my message and said a lawyer would call back... nothing. I rang back and was put through to a lawyer who clearly was having a bad day as he was totally unhelpful and sounded pretty annoyed that I may of been wasting his time. And they say shop local.. Yeah right this place would make a good Tui ad.
Well - funnily enough I had the exact same experience as another lady on google reviews. I went in to have a personal affidavit signed. Not only did it take them 10 minutes to get to me (the office was empty), some young faced fresh lawyer came out, no professionalism whatsoever, no handshake or greeting - and told me he can't sign my affidavit. I basically just walked out and left the dipsh*t in his useless law firm - and went straight to the North shore District Court, where a lovely Deputy registrar swore my affidavit for me without batting an eyelid. Do not recommend this sour law-firm at all.

I will give negative marks such as -10. On 14th September 2017 around 1:45 PM, I went to this firm to swear an affidavit. At the end of the meeting the solicitor threw the copied documents on to the desk from the side (slightly back). I was shocked by the rude behaviour. I felt that I was treated disrespectfully. I was not even given normal handshake or polite goodbye words when I left. I am still upset because of the way I was treated. I have been thinking why I have been treated so rudely for the paid job. To share my feeling with the law firm and hope they can make me understand the situation, I filled enquiries on its website around 6:15 PM on 15th September, 2017. No reply after 2 weeks. I emailed the principal of the firm. Finally, I received a cold email:"....Your allegations untrue and are denied". I am very busy. I wouldn't waste my time complaining about anything if I was treated normally. I am upset because of the disrespectfully and rude way I was treated. I will never to do any business with such rude company.
