   Our first experience with a law firm and turned out to be disappointment and insult from the director Puhan. I was shocked the insulting words came out from a lawyer mouth. We wanted to argue that our fee was charged unreasonably and the staff contacted us wasn’t actually a registered lawyer but a legal executive without any clarification after be called lawyer.Such a big shame the mislead has lasted long and a practising firm director can be so rude after disagreement has been proposed.
